Do I need a TV for the Fire TV stick?

Or can I watch TV if I just have a computer no TV?

If your computer monitor has an HDMI port and speakers (most do not have speakers) then you could use the fire stick, but you can't easily hook it up to the computer itself. I suppose you could get an USB HDMI capture dongle to do it, but that gets kind of awkward to say the least. Regardless there's other ways to use the computer to watch streaming content that would be better suited for that type of setup. You could even install an android emulator like bignox.com if you wanted more of an app based media experience.

The Fire Stick needs to be plugged into a HDMI port in order for it to work, you can only plug it into your computer IF it has a HDMI IN port, not out but in. Most computers that have HDMI only have HDMI out
