Would it be possible for me to become a officer in the marine corps without knowing how to swim?

Through NROTC or PLC. Haven’t decided which one yet. Thank you

Nope must be at least a 3rd class swimmer

Which is basically stay afloat/tree water for 5 minutes plus swim the length of the pool using any stroke/combination you want as long as you don't touch the bottom or sides of thebpool

You must be able to propel yourself through water for 25 yards. Could be 50. Dog paddle is allowable but you may not touch the side or the bottom.
