Yes, I could. I would bring small cut up pieces of rags. Before I sit on the toilet, I would wet one rag in the bowl and voila!.....I have a wet rag to wipe my beautiful ace after unloading.

To save trees, my wife instilled a no toilet paper policy 2 decades ago. No complaints so far. No bidet. We use a "tabo" (a dipper) for water and we use our hands to wipe our bottoms. Of course we wash immediately after. Never been healthier, I say.

Bidet toilet seats rock. I am not ashamed to say that I have one. I guess you could just have a washable towel. But isn't flushing toilet paper and burying paper towels a form of carbon sequestration?
