What do you think of this new diet plan?

Eat what you want to (except for fast food, non-organic, pointless foods that only taste good but aren't healthy and you feel bad after stuffing your face. And eat in moderation, if that makes sense.

    Screw the rest, just do anything in moderation. Including exercising.
