Healthy to use a lot of different spices on almost all your food?
Not ice cream and stuff... Just like soups and meat and vegetables.

I’ve read there are benefits to spices, the only negative connotation I believe is that it can irritate the stomach lining and initiate peristalsis worsening stomach conditions if any are present.

Yeah, it's good, but in moderation. Those super hot spices can ruin the gut flora.
