Lost a tiny bit of weight mysteriously, no exercise, health problems or fad diets?
What happened here?

Depends on your definition of "tiny". Your body weight fluctuates throughout the day. It does not stay at one and only one weight. Depending on your height, age, and gender, a difference of 3 to 5 lbs is normal. You can lose 5 lbs just from sweating on a long exercise program. What you want to monitor is the RANGE of your weight from min to max.
However, if you note that you have been losing weight steadily over a course of weeks even though you have been eating the same way, then you need to see a doctor. Not to panic you, but unaccountable weight loss could be a sign of serious medical problems including cancer.
