How to gain weight fast?
I am way too skinny and my legs look like sticks, what food/drinks should I consume to gain weight and get bigger? I have been going to the gym and lifting weights but I think that only made me skinnier so I’m thinking my eating habits are the problem, help me please!! <3

1. Don't think too much, enjoy your life
2. Try eating with large plates, unconsciously you will eat more.
3. Snacking during leisure time.
4. Drink more water.
5. Be happy.

Tried and true method used during the World War 2 by patriots who missed the weight limit.
1. Three Eggs and Bacon on a 8oz Steak with home fries for breakfast, Milkshake.
2. Two quarter pound Cheeseburgers, French Fries, Milkshake.
3. 12 Oz Steak, Mashed Potatoes, and Veggies, 16oz Soda.
You are correct, lifting weights only builds muscles, it does nothing for gaining weight (except the minuscule muscle mass development.)
