eat less so control your portions and eat your vegetables. Spinach and other leafy greens can help you burn fat in the way that it helps you consume less calories. If you can talk to your dr about it ask him first if it's okay and try oxyshred. It's from ehp labs its one of the best fat burners out there.

Congratulations. For the very first time I find your blunt honesty quite refreshing. You state that you have some unwanted gut fat, but is looking for 'some food' that will help to remove it. You very obviously enjoy your food intake. So much so in fact that you are seeking for a food type that will an enable you to lose it when in fact is is that very food intake that is causing your guts to becoming inflated.
Thats really quite funny for whilst it does point out that you know the problem, but you NOT prepared to eliminate the cause of it. You must admit that that is a particularly stupid attitude to adopt when you sincerely wish to cure the problem. Perhaps that by now recognising you problem, you can now at last do something about it and achieve some practice results, for the mythical food you seek doesn't exist but is the cause of your problem.

You might benefit from doing the following whenever it is possible and practical: Eat smaller portions than usual. Instead of sugary fruit juice and carbonated beverages, drink water, tea, or coffee. Eat whole-grain bread, rice, and pasta in moderation rather than refined foods. Eat leaner meats, fish, nuts, and beans. It is also important to stay physically active. Exercise can lower your blood sugar and help you maintain a healthy weight. Swap some TV time for exercise time. You can change your lifestyle. Doing what we can to improve our health is worth the effort.

Just eat a lot less. Don’t really need to diet. Lose more calories than you eat but make sure you’re staying healthy.

There are no magic foods that melt belly fat from the inside out. There is no way to spot reduce without having a cosmetic procedure like liposuction. If you have extra belly fat, you need to reduce your total caloric intake so that your body is forced to used store fat. You do that by cutting your portion sizes, and replacing grains and sweets with fresh veggies. If you eat six cups of fresh veggies (as salads or cooked) you will not have eating very many calories and you'll be pretty darn full.
Any combination wil do. You can have lettuce (all kinds), kale, spinach, cabbage, cucumber, onion, zucchini, asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, celery. etc.
Cut out or back on fast food, junk food, sweets, milk, soft drinks, and juice. Check and follow actual protein sizes for carbs. For example, a portion of rice is 1/2 cup -- that's all. Stick to that and 3-4 ounces of protein and the rest veggies.

All of them
if you eat LESS of them.
No food is any sort of "weapon" that "attacks" or "eliminates" fat in any particular area of the body.
