I am afraid of no one except people who are out to do me harm.
Educated people are interesting to talk to, just like anyone else. I have known highly educated people who's actions are not what you would expect from an educated person. My Aunt was highly educated and she even took college courses up until she was 60 years old, just for fun. She aced everything she ever learned, but she was a very hard person to socialize with because she had no sense of humor and was a very up tight woman. She killed every plant she ever put into a pot and could not cook a meal without following the directions from a cookbook. She honestly had not one shred of common sense but she was so book smart it was admirable.
I know another person who has two Master's Degrees and a great job in a pharmaceutical company and she plays in a rock and roll band in bars on weekends! So, educated people are much like uneducated people, personality wise, in all instances.
I know another elderly educated couple who, when they speak of anyone, they first recite the person's education history and comment with praise or distain as to how far they got in their education, before they continue on with their story. They are what I call "education snobs" who rate people according to where and how they were educated.
It takes all kinds of people to make the world go round, but educated people never really made such an impression on me that made me afraid of them. No way. Educated people never intimidated me. But, I have to laugh at those who think they are better people because they are educated. An the end of the day, standing naked in front of a mirror, they are just like you and me.
