    The best advice imo was already mentioned,but it bears repeating.If you have any doubts use an instant read thermometer and you'll know for sure.

    If it's from the meat, it's not good. If it's from the spices, no worries.

    The seasoning in sausage has some pink colored ingredients in it, so if it has a pink 'tinge' in it when its cooked its most likely that, as long has its been cooked long enough to be safe.

    Usually it isn't a problem.

    But I would be very wary if the sausage meat was made up with pork or chicken, as they need to be cooked properly for health reasons.

    Some smoked and or cured sausage can retain some pink. With raw sausage of any kind when cooked, pink is not 100% safe.

    no, its better to cook it all the way or until its grey all the way through

    No. Sausage needs to be cooked THOROUGHLY.

    No. Not if it’s pork. Pork needs to be fully cooked. It’s whiteish when it’s fully cooked.
