What would you recommend as a weight loss plan for a 14-16 year old?

What exercises, diets or anything of the sort is best or you would recommend?

    If you are overweight, you most likely don't need a diet, you need a life style change... That means don't overeat, avoid junk food & fried foods and get some exercise. If you eat proper portions & exercise you will not be overweight unless there is an underlying medical condition.

    The ones suggested by a medical doctor and supervised by an adult.
