I cannot delete a now unwanted post I posted months ago?

    You can only delete a question if it does not have any answers. You do this by clicking on the blue Edit tab and select Delete. Once someone answers a question the delete option is removed. This is Yahoo way of stopping users from changing a question after it has been answered. You could always make your username anonymous if you do not want to be associated with the question.

    You can only delete the question if there are no answers to it yet.

    You can only delete them if they have no answers. Click on 'Edit' beside your question and then delete it.

    If its a Question

    you can only delete your question if it has no answers on it if there are

    no answers on it to delete it click on the x delete question button under the

    blue edit menu once there is answers on it you wont be able to delete it


    If its a Answer

    If the Question does not have a Best Answer Picked yet you can Delete it by clicking on the Delete Answer Button under the Blue Edit menu

    Questions cannot be removed by the OP (original poster) once they have any answers.

    Answers cannot be removed by the user once the question has a Best Answer selected.

    If neither of those things above apply to your issue, post again and provide more information.

    If a question has answers you can't delete it anymore
