My backyard is flooding with frogs, what can I do?

I live in a area where it has a ditch and a mini forest.

When it rains the water backs up in the backyard.

Frogs in my backyard are like bugs, you commonly see them more than people usually would see them. The frogs are all types, some are frogs that hang out in the trees and are really loud and then I walk in my back yard and a big blob of mud jumps and scares me and I look and see a bullfrog.

Is this a good thing for frogs to invade my back yard like this?

Frogs are an important part of the ecosystem. They prey upon insects and such and birds and other animals prey upon them.
