What can I do when I keep waking up in the middle of the night and can’t go back to sleep. I also feel anxious when I wake up.?

You can try using a guided meditation for insomnia or for anxiety - go to YouTube. I use guided meditation most nights. I use my phone with earbuds to listen and get relaxed again.

Take some sleep aid pills, that will keep you still and asleep for most of the night
