Remember, the actual payment is made by lottery itself. You are allowed to draw a contract which MUST bear the NOTARIZED signature of all co-owners of the ticket, it must be dated before the drawing date, and it must reference all of the numbers on the ticket especially the document control and registration numbers as well as the playing numbers. Now the lottery you are playing will have its own payout rules, but they generally are reasonable if presented with an official contract which obviously refers to the winning ticket. I recommend that you photocopy both sides of the ticket (in reduced form as long as you can read all numbers) then make whatever stipulations you want on that one sheet of paper, understanding that there may be many notary seals on that one sheet of paper. I suggest 8 point Times New Roman. You can then get as many as 20 names and seals on one sheet of paper, both sides. The lottery will issue checks in the names of the winners as stipulated in the distribution contract.
