What's the most healthy: a crispy fish sandwich, a grilled chicken sandwich, or a hamburger?
Also, is one of the sandwiches a lot healthier than the others?

Grilled chicken without a doubt. Fish is good for you too but not when it’s been fried in a fatty coating

In general, the grilled chicken sandwich would be healthiest since it's generally the lowest in fat, followed by the fish sandwich and the hamburger last.
However, it would also vary depending on portion size, which type of bread was used, since brown bread is usually better than white bread, and also if there were toppings added, like mayonnaise, salt, mustard or tomato ketchup.

the grilled chicken or hamburger without a bun. Grains are terrible for us and they cause inflammation for many people. Our bodies do not require grains of any sort

Just by going by the filling, the Grilled Chicken is the most healthy since it’s pretty much nothing more than the chicken. The fish is next but it’s breaded so that slightly reduces the healthy value of it (though not by as much as some people would claim) and the burger would be next.
But then again...it also depends on the toppings. A burger would be healthier than the Chicken if the Chicken has been covered by a crap ton of mayo.
