Weight lifting and HIIT sprints enough to enhance my kickboxing fighting skills?
I want to be a stronger, faster, tougher and more powerful fighter.

Strength and skills are two different things. Being stronger does not automatically give you better skills. Better skills allow you to fully utilize your strength.
Furthermore, just weight lifting without any focus on what muscle groups to enhance to complement your skill is worthless. You have to design a workout that targets the muscles that you use for the techniques you use.

Fighting skills come from sparring.
You can enhance your cardio by running and if your strikes are mechanically sound lifting weight will help.
