The owners of the 'Ark Experience' have sued their insurers for failing to cover... wait for it... rain damage. Is this a sign from God?

Ark Encounter, which unveiled the 510-foot-long model in 2016, says that heavy rains in 2017 and 2018 caused a landslide on its access road, and its five insurance carriers refused to cover nearly $1 million in damages.

It washed out a road because they didn't build it right in the first place and now they want the insurance company to fix it.

The irony is that rain is considered an "act of God" by most insurance companies and often is not covered in the policy. Damage was not done to the ark, which probably would have been covered, but to the road and the insurance company has no responsibility for poorly built roads.

Acts of god are not covered on real property? I think you have that confused with personal property.
