Probably means the landlord pays for water and sewer and maybe garbage too.

It means some, but not utilities are included in the rent.

Don't you know what "some" means? You wrote a perfectly formed, coherent sentence. I don't understand how you could not know the definition of the word "some".

Probably means you don't have to pay for either the water, trash, or sewer. Just ask them which utilities the landlord pays.

It means that before you agree to anything, you are clear on what is included in the rent and what is not, and you get it in writing. Because they can tell you one thing and if it's not in writing, good luck proving it.

It's obvious it mean some of the utilities are paid. Probably the water & trash. To clarify, ask the landlord.

Only the landlord can answer this question definitively.

It means that some utilities are included in your rent. You should ask what specifically is included or not.
