How should I light my study room?

I really like the idea of using a warm color temperature because it's so relaxing but I'm suposed to pass the whole day studying and I also have to make sure the light diminishes the stress the computer screen puts my eyes in, so I don't know if it's the best option. I also don't know if a desk lamp - if I'm to use one - should be the same as my ceiling or is okay to have different kinds of lamp in the same room. I'm sending a link with an image of a portion of my room so you can understand my needs better. It may not be clear from it, but I don't have access to any sunlight in it.

Yea a desk lamp would be fine for that setup. Just make sure you get one with a shade on it. You can run a desk lamp without the shade, but that's way too much light.
