What happens if you only train arms?

Giving them adequate rest periods as well consuming enough protein. Will your arms grow big while other parts stay the same?

    Yes some weightlifters do focus too much on one or two parts of their body and it makes them look out of proportion. You're much better off either giving your whole body a workout each time or alternate, so you focus on upper body one day then lower body the next session.
