    That depends in what manner did you touched your coworker's shoulder?? If you touched in a very creepy and sexual manner, you would be ridiculed. From next time, don't try to do it.

    Hardly. One-off accidentally touching a person is never going to count as harassment. You paranoid types need to get psychiatric help.
