A flour tortilla for when I make burritos. I also like flour tortillas with my morning bacon and eggs. I also like to just heat up flour tortillas and eat them with butter. I like flour tortillas.

I love Trader Joe’s Pain Pauline bread. A whole wheat peasant style dense unsliced farmhouse bread. The most amazing thing ever. Toasted, as grilled cheese, as croutons, it is amazing.

I like the bread I make myself. It is a sourdough and has some mashed potato in it. I use a captured yeast for the starter when possible. Some places don't seem to have a native yeast to capture that works well. I think the yeast I captured in Wilber Nebraska was one of the better wild yeasts I have used.

You gotta be kidding? It's like the wine you pair with -- it depends on the dish.
Ham or Jambalaya -- Hawaiian sweet rolls
Beef stew or Patty melt -- extra sour dough bread
Hamburger -- onion roll
Chicken Ratatouille or Chicken Cacciatore -- Garlic toasted French bread
Reuben Sandwich (pastrami) -- dark rye.
And tortillas count as bread with Burritos.

depends on what your body needs
kaisersemmel, weissbrötchen, croque, round white bread, sandwich white, sandwich gray, gray bread (vitamin + double baked) and pumpernickel (Dauerbrot).

I like a multi-grain bread with flax seed. Very filling and tasty, with extra protein.

I make an "Over night, almost no knead" bread that is awesome.
There is another bread a cheese stuffed bread that I found on King Arthur Flour web site that is amazing. Stuffed with Gruyere cheese, goes great with French Onion soup but I have made it with Provolone and Mozzarella to go with pasta and it is good using other cheeses.
