This report was not written by them. Sorry bud. Owning an Audi is a joy. Now pay for it.
This was not written by a dealership. One of the FIRST COURSES they get is Proper English Language. So not full of grammatical errors. This is Loaded with incorrect terminologies and mechanical associations that are not related.
The report is filled out by the Service Manager and his English is better than Grade 4. His report would not be so Wordy and have 17 Grammatical errors(improper wording, mechanical association, vagueness, misspelling, and procedures they don't do) in it. It would have been written for a mechanic shop to understand not as an ENGLISH assignment.
"Customer was recommended to and ADUI Dealership". You wrote this out and did so poorly.
. Volkswagen is very good with their language when they fill out the forms.
. If service manager cannot write in good English, then it is given to the secretary whose grasp of the Language is BETTER THAN YOU and she has spell check. You would NEVER see this kind of print out. The other shop would not have seen it either.
. It would have been better informed...of what was done. So they do not need to do it twice.
We are not IDIOTS at this end.(I might be shy with only 17 for it seems everytime I look at it, I pick out something else...wrong)
As for the $2000.00 Find out what that is for by ASKING THEM BLUNTLY. Then you know. They had to spend time checking out your car and they don't work for free...is my guess.
