Why does Kevin Koe enjoy a greater name recognition than Roger Federer?

    It maybe has something to do with the fact that you live in Canada, so people will talk about their own Canadian athletes more often than a Swiss tennis player.

    Huh? I've heard of the Feds, but not of Kevin Koe!!

    Add - I just looked him up "Kevin Koe is a Canadian curler." So has nothing to do with Tennis. I guess Canadians will know about him?
