Genesis 14:22 Abram said to the king of Sodom, "I have sworn to the LORD God Most High, possessor of heaven and earth,
and
Genesis 15:2 Abram said, "O Lord GOD, what will You give me, since I am childless, and the heir of my house is Eliezer of Damascus?"
Genesis15:8 He said, "O Lord GOD, how may I know that I will possess it?"
One spelling is "LORD God" and the other is "Lord GOD"
Another example is: Genesis 3:22 Then the LORD God said,

because pretty much anywhere where it says that, it should say Jehovah or Yahweh depending on translation, but the translators changed it to Lord

The first five books are transcribed oral traditions joined together rather badly. Genesis 1 for example, if I am not mistaken is "Elohim" from the priestly oral tradition. Genesis 2 is from the Yahwehistic tradition which is translated as "Lord God". In addition there are a number of similar names with descriptive traits given to Him.

Here's the deal with such translations.
Any time the words
Lord
or
God
are used to represent the tetragrammaton, all of the letters are capitalized.
Why not always one way?
The traditional convention is to render the tetragrammaton with the word "Lord".
Using all caps (or small caps) indicates that it renders the tetragrammaton.
However: sometimes the word meaning "lord" appears alongside the tetragrammaton.
In such cases, some translations (such as the NASB) capitalize the word "God" so that the word "Lord" does not appear twice (as is the case with some older translations such as the KJV).
Here is an example:
Isaiah 1:24
KJV Therefore saith the Lord, the Lord of hosts, the mighty One of Israel, Ah, I will ease me of mine adversaries, and avenge me of mine enemies:
NASB ¶ Therefore the Lord God of hosts, The Mighty One of Israel, declares, “Ah, I will be relieved of My adversaries And avenge Myself on My foes.
NIV-2011 Therefore the Lord, the Lord Almighty, the Mighty One of Israel, declares: “Ah! I will vent my wrath on my foes and avenge myself on my enemies.
NJB Hence, the Lord Yahweh Sabaoth, the Mighty One of Israel, says this, ‘Disaster, I shall get the better of my enemies, I shall avenge myself on my foes.
As you can see, the NASB convention avoids the double "the Lord, the Lord" that appears in the KJV and NIV.
