    This is hands down, the stupidest question I've ever seen on YA. "Rape" is never justified. But the authority given to that word is extremely horrid. I would never rape a woman, and if I ever had to resort to such things to satisfy my carnal desire, then I deserve the punishment coming to me. There is absolutely no justified rape. There is only a justified response to the allegation of rape. People, and authorities need to use caution in their action against this accusation. Today, it is far too easy for a malicious woman to use this against someone they have a vendetta for. Justice systems need to be cautious when prosecuting these claims.
