Not sure what you are googling, but if you look up "planned parenthood teens", you will get a link to Planned Parenthood's section for teens, where they explain everything you need to know. It will also have a contact number to call where you can get real answers.
Go read the stuff on that website, and make sure you always are looking at something like that, or speaking to a counselor or your school nurse to get real information. There's a lot of baloney on the internet, so it isn't always true.

You can be pregnant and have your period...and you shouldn't be having sex if you don't know what you're doing, aren't on REAL birth control, and most importantly - aren't ready to be a parent.
