Any other true Type 1 diabetics annoyed with everyone saying we need to closely control our diet and watch what we eat?

Type 1 Diabetes is no different than your own normal body with the exception that we no longer produce our own insulin, we inject it based on what carbohydrates we consume and what sugars we take in, whether that be a 10g sugar cube which requires a 1 unit injection of insulin or a 1000g bag of sugar that requires... show more Type 1 Diabetes is no different than your own normal body with the exception that we no longer produce our own insulin, we inject it based on what carbohydrates we consume and what sugars we take in, whether that be a 10g sugar cube which requires a 1 unit injection of insulin or a 1000g bag of sugar that requires 100 units of insulin, either way it does not really effect us.
