    A. (-1)2 = 1

    B. (2)2 = 4

    C and D are wrong

    The equation is x2 = y

    P(x,y): x^2=y means

    Square of x (first number inside parentheses) is equal to y (second number in the parentheses)

    So which of those is it? Remember negative^2 = positive.

  • P(2,4) because x=2 and y=4 so 2 x 2 = 4 I believe
