What other sentence ending punctuations are not considered a "full stop"?

I know ellipsis(...) can be so, & a semi colon CAN be used to end one sentence, but to lead into the next. . .

An exclamation mark or a question mark also mark the end of a sentence, like a full stop, Commas, semicolons and colons separate clauses within a sentence, for instance, to clarify meaning.

You can end a sentence with an exclamation point (!) or question mark (?) instead of a full stop.

I don't think the name is meant to imply that ! or ? are partial stops. A comma is a partial stop.

In the end, we must decide for ourselves. When you read that, you pause on the comma but stop on the full stop.

FYI - this is a British term. In the US, we call that a period.
