Am i eating enough to lose weight?
Bfast: porridge, lite milk, blueberries, walnuts. Or scrambled eggs (2 whites 1 yolk) with tomatoes and capsicum
Snack: a boiled egg Or rice cakes with cottage cheese, avocado and tomato
Lunch: ham and salad sandwich/wrap. Or tuna salad
Snack: yoghurt and mixed berries. Or a piece of fruit
Dinner: meat and veg. Or brown rice and stir fry veg
Sometimes i feel like im not eating enough during the day and then at night i feel like im eating too much
