Can you clarify calorie deficit for me?
Here are my stats
goal weight 55kgs
Iv been told to stick to 1200 calories to lose weight. I try to workout 5-6 days a week and burn at least 500 calories in a workout.
So does that mean i should really be consuming around 1700 calories or less?
Theres just so many conflicting things iv read that confuse me (im easily confused lol) like you shouldnt eat back the calories you'v burned in a workout but then in the my fitness pal app if i dont eat them back it tells me im not eating enough :-/
And on days i dont workout do i just stick to my 1200 calories consumed?
