Should i be aiming to burn 500 calories in a workout?
my new workout plan goes something like this
wed: upper body
fri: full body
so on mon/wed/fri i should be doing cardio afterwards to burn the rest of my 500 calories.
I also am on day 9 of the 30 day shred. Jillian says that takes place of hours in the gym yet it takes me level 1 & 2 to burn 400 calories.
Does anyone aim to burn that many calories every workout?
I aiming to lose 8kgs. I was 4kgs off my goal weight but in the past 2 and 1/2 months iv put on 4kgs.
The workouts i dont have a problem with its just lately the food and drink :'(
