help my mac is not working?

so basically i have a mac pro 13 inch and i bought some time back it is not even a year and everything is working except the usb ports. my thumb drive wont work neither can i charge my phone using the usb port. it was fine a few minutes ago but after i updated the mac it doesn't work i really need the usb port to be in working condition but i dont know exactly what is wrong with it and where i could fix it in singapore. sorry for the very long detail.

Enter the firmware, and turn the: "USB", ports on.
