How do you solve and graph y= -5x - 1?

Go down -1 along the y-axis and make a point there (0,-1), then go down 5 more (0,-6) then over 1 and make a point (1,-6), then connect the two points.

you graph it onto your calculator. then find the X-intersect & y-intersect. which for this question is X= -0.2 & y=-1
