Can i use a 130/70vr18 on a bike that calls for a 120/70vr18?

If i do will it effect the integrity of the tire

    Unless the swingarm is exceptionally narrow, you should be able to use a 130 tyre. It's only 5mm extra on each side.

    The integrity of the tyre will be fine. You will notice the handling of the bike will be slightly different, it will tip into corners a bit easier but for just around town , you will hardly notice the difference.

    Ahh, a front. Still the same though. Just check how much clearance you have now from the forks to the tyre. The handling effect will be opposite to a wider on the rear and the bike won't tip in as easy.
