Once I lose my last 10 lbs, how do I keep it off?

I guess what I am really needing to know is will I have to workout out as vigorously as I am now or will I be able to maintain my weight with a consistent but more laid back exercise routine? Also, I keep and extremely healthy diet and never plan on reverting to old and poor eating habits. Healthy all the way.

    You should be able to ease up on the workout as long as your still consistent...just be sure to weigh yourself once a week to make sure its not creeping back up! Congrats on the healthy choices! Check my sources for good advice & motivation :)

    Watch our calories intake and a big one work out
