Factory finish of WWII Japanese tanks?

What was the color of the factory finish of Japanese tanks in WWII? Was camouflage applied at the factory, or not?

I believe it was a basic dark Olive green.

Contemporary pictures do show camo schemes but I suspect many were field applied.

Paint schemes also suffered under the harsh glare of sunlight (fading) and the monsoon rain seasons.

Large use of vegetation was also used to disguise the tanks.

That was not camo, it was rust....

Seriously, the tanks were painted in the field. That is why they had such a wide variety of designs and colors. Some of the colors make you think they used whatever kind of paint they could find.
