Why is it that white people think light skinned blacks are mixed yet,?

If you see a tan white person, for instance an Italian, my boyfriend has naturally tan skin, yet he says he has non arab or african ancestry, I don't argue with that. But if a black person says "I don't have to have white ancestry to be light skinned" they will claim that is the only way for this... show more If you see a tan white person, for instance an Italian, my boyfriend has naturally tan skin, yet he says he has non arab or african ancestry, I don't argue with that. But if a black person says "I don't have to have white ancestry to be light skinned" they will claim that is the only way for this to be possible. It just really annoys me. Africans have so much diversity, they don't all just look one way! You don't have to be extra dark, broad nose, tightly curled hair to be "fully black" that's just BS. FYI there are many mixed/biracial that have dark skin and more black features yet they are still MIXED. Why does everyone think mixed=light skin? Like seriously get real. I can't stand it when someone tries to tell me who I am, I am a light skin Nigerian, born to two Nigerian parents, that have two Nigerian parents, and they have Nigerian parents as well. Have never seen pictures of white ancestors or seen them on my family tree. So please stfu, with all this "light skinned blacks are mixed".

Update: I have thinner nose too, but it is most definintly not like a white persons nose, nor would I want it to be. Yes a black person can have thinner nose, but not have white ancestry!
Update 2: My parents are igbo nigerians!@racist man
