I do not believe there is a formal list.
This ALSO depends upon your performance during the Tour so there are no guarantees. In other words, usually servicemembers are awarded ONE "merit" based award such as a Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal and so forth. It is not uncommon for almost everyone to be awarded a merit medal.
That aside, the other medals to be awarded are "ribbons" such as:
1. the Iraq campaign medal with star
2. the Overseas Medal
3. the Wartime Service "patch" on your right shoulder which you are probably already wearing
4. (hopefully) a merit medal BUT your chain of command must start on this now in order to be awarded it at the end of your tour.
Comment: you don't put yourself up for anything. Your chain of command is the sole action agent for that. When you are discharged from active duty, you will be issued a DD215 discharge form, properly filled out, with all your ribbons and merit medals correctly filled out.
Hope this helps
