Does size matter in a fight? If size doesnt matter then why do they divide fighters up by weight and height ?

in boxing and other fighting sports?

    It's not the size of the dog in the fight; it's the size of the fight in the dog!

    Of course weight matters in a fight. On average, a heavier fighter has more force behind their punches.

    Try this. Find someone much smaller than you in weight. You might even try this with a small child. Walk into them. What happens? The smaller person gets knocked back.
