I think I have mild obsessive compulsive disorder?

Im addicted to making myself sneeze, pulling out hair from this one part of my head (trichotillomiania, and yes, there's a bald patch the size of a quarter which I cover up by parting my hair and putting back my fringe) and biting my nails (been doin that for 10 years though). Should I really see a doctor? Should I tell anyone in my family?

Sneezing and pulling is recent. I LOOOVE sneezing... What do i do

I don't know how accurate it is, but I always thought sneezing was hard on your heart (that's why people say "bless you"). Yes the hair thing is a problem, and seems to becoming more common in young women. I have a cousin that does it and my 16 y/o recently started doing it also last year during school. Please, I would at least talk to your family physician and see what they recommend. Good luck to you.

Making yourself sneeze, pulling out your hair & nail biting have nothing to do with OCD. You need to talk to a doctor about your behavior.

You need to focus your energies into a passion. Have any?

Go into therapy with a psychologist; he may help you.
