What do you look for in an Ad to decide which yard sale you will go to?

When I look at the ads in the newspaper, I never know which yard sale to go to first. There are only so many hours of daylight. How do you choose which sales to go to?

if it says.. MULTI fam, or Moving sale.. or CHEAP.. or first sale ever.. or if its a neighborhood sale..
