How do you get rid of cellulite?

I'm not fat, but I have some spots of cellulite on the back of my thighs and butt. It's so gross and embarrassing. I've been trying to tone those areas, but am I just wasting my time or will that help? Do any of those cellulite creams really work?

Don't forget to balance exercise and diet smartly. Exercise alone likely won't result in long-term goals being met and the same is so for dieting alone. Be smart with choice and avoid fads that don't include a healthy, balanced meal plan.

Losing weight, burning fat and avoiding the build up of cellulite is a process that doesn't happen over night. With time, dedication and smart planning, it's a process that can be mastered. However, you can treat your cellulite in shorter time. Learn here:

Cellulite does not come from a single cause. It almost always comes from a combination of generic and hormonal factors. Some wrong behaviors, however, can cause or even worsen cellulite: a life that is too sedentary, altered blood circulation, incorrect diet with insufficient intake of fluids, smoking and alcoholic beverages, high heels and close-fitting garments. The plasma fluid, transudated from impaired and weakened capillaries, accumulates and stagnates in surface adipose tissue.

Cellulite can be reduced by a balanced diet and specific treatments

    you have to:

    - avoid fast food and sodas

    - massage your problem areas

    - scrub your problem areas (coffee ground scrubs work pretty well and cost nothing)

    - use a contrast shower

    - Go for some body wrapping procedures.

Combined all together, these will make your cellulite invisible in several weeks - guaranteed! :). I work on it all the time and nobody knows I got cellulite.

The only cream I've had success with is Nivea Good-Bye Cellulite Cream. It won't get rid of everything, but it will help certain areas stay tight. It works by converting fatty components to energy with L-Carnitine.

In addition, skin brushing can be helpful. Brush your skin with a soft brush in the morning to stimulate blood & lymph flow. Also, do not wear underwear that are overly restrictive, as this can inhibit blood flow. Finally, finishing off your shower with some cold water can be helpful, as it can increase blood flow and tone skin.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

to remove cellulite from your thighs and glutes (butt) you have to do three things. firstly change you diet your diet you need to remove as much saturated fat as possible and to eat foods that are free of toxins. because foods that are high in saturated fats and toxins cause the fats cells in the cellulite area to become enlarged and group together creating dimples (cellulite) on the skins surface. the alterations of your diet don't need to be great it's easy to some up you just need to eat healthier more fruit and foods that are associated with detoxing

secondly you need to exercise, both cardiovascular and anareaobic exercises. but specifically you want to perform exercises that are going to help your specific area such as lunges, running and even walking the dog can help

to get the best results you need to get a cellulite cream because the cellulite has damaged the your skins connective tissues and skins cell structure you need to rejuvenate your skin help repair the damage, you need to strengthen these cells as there is no point in doing this work if the skins tissue will never have the strength to bring back the skins smoothness and firmness. the best cream that i have seen is from it's good stuff, 100% natural ingredients, no prescription needed, 100% safe and they have a reputable name and brand

    good luck
