Favourite answer:Your puberty started when you got your first pubic hairs at 13. You are probably a bit slow through puberty, but remember it is a journey and not a destination or single point in time.
Before puberty your penis would have been about 2 inches long. I'm sure it will be much more than that now! Remember the average adult erect length is between 5 and 5.5 inches.
You still have at least a year to the average end of puberty, so probably everything will happen in a bit of a rush during the next year. If not then speak to your doctor about it, but I expect you are actually well on course.
