We have turned the devices on and off but to no avail. The WiFi covers the whole building and the building is large and commercial. What could be the reason for this? Is it because of too much traffic? When trying to connect, the message reads " no hotspot configured on this interface" please suggest.

  • I made a mess all over my keyboard when I was looking at explicit contents online, how can I clean the keyboard properly?

Best answer: Squeeze a lemon into warm water. Stir then add a cloth and ring out (so it's damp not soaking).. Whilst it's turned off and unplugged. Just wipe!

I had to change modems because my ISP no longer accepts my old one. Internet is working from modem, but when I connect the modem to the router, a wired connection from the router to the computer isn't giving me internet. No less, neither my computer or phone are getting internet wirelessly. I never had problems with my router before until I bought this new modem. I tried so many things. I've done troubleshoot on Windows which led me to network reset and virtual driver wipe. I looked up online solutions which led me to reset tcp/ip stack, factory reset my router, restart my router, restart my modem, and restart my computer. I doubt I need to upgrade any drivers because everything was working perfectly before. I can access the router's browser settings without a problem and it broadcasts just fine. But of all things, it's not broadcasting the internet. So what's wrong with the modem?

Chromebooks are cheap laptops with a small amount of flash memory instead of a hard drive. They store most of the information on the cloud - this is internet based, so unless you have regular access to a WiFi spot you can connect to you would be better getting a macbook or a windows laptop. Chromebooks can’t run the same programs as a windows machine, e.g Microsoft office, nor can it run any games written for windows. They are fine for basic web surfing social media, emails etc.
