Some years ago a man attacked my daughter and only recieved minor punishment from the Courts. So angrily I took revenge against him and ended up in Court myself. The conditions were,  that I not contact him or upload his image onto social media again,  but I want to warn other people about him by uploading my story as a a video on Youtube. Of course I won't be using his real name or image in this video but I've been warned that it could still get me into trouble. Does anyone have any legal or personal advice on how to do this without getting into trouble with the Court again?

Battle it in court? Well attorneys are not cheap so just how do you plan on taking off work for a day to appear in court, pay a lawyer (and you will still lose) you admit you were speeding, so what would your defense be?

Tell your parents before they find out that you jacked up their premiums by about $45.00 a month, be responsible before you look like you tried to hide it and they loose their trust in you

Best answer: Try to get a copy of the will or at least the full name of the lawyer who prepared the will for your great uncle. If your great uncle has dementia, you MIGHT want to apply for guardianship of him. You will need a lawyer for this. There are 2 kinds of guardians. One is the guardian of the person (makes health decisions) and the other is guardian of the property (makes financial decisions) Often, the guardian is both. I am sorry to hear about your situation. Sadly, ppl will do horrible things bc of $. I know someone who sped up the death of an elderly relative to get the inheritance faster. Long story made short-- the family fought this person in court but in the end, the elderly relative still died prematurely. If you do need a lawyer, get a lawyer that specializes in ELDER LAW and estates. You might want to ask if they are a litigator. Some lawyers specialize in elder law and estates but they do mostly preparation of wills and trusts. If litigation (court fights) are involved they have to refer you to another lawyer who does estates litigation. Keep calm, but prepare for a long, hard fight. The biggest danger imho (and I am experienced, but NOT a lawyer) is that the uncle and friend may coerce your great uncle to name them in the will and to cut you out of the will. I cannot tell u what to do, but don't break the law and consider strongly hiring a lawyer NOW rather than later. If your dad died before you great uncle, then his share MIGHT go to the surviving benefactors (eg your uncle) and none to you unless "stirpes" is mentioned. This is no time to be pennywise and dollar foolish. You cannot depend on yahoo answers to provide legal advice. For starters, I get the impression after re-reading your comments that u r in the UK or Canada. Many of the respondents are in the USA where the law is different. On top of that, there is no quality control RE: the responses. No legal training is needed. NE one can write and answer. You need a lawyer. To protect your rights.

Best answer: Warn the supervisor about the plot and have him start covering his back. He needs to start right away no longer being alone with these two women to the point of waiting for the next elevator to not even be on the elevator with him. He also needs to clear out his e-mails of anything other than strictly facts, and when he needs to contact these women for any reason he needs to have someone else make the call. He also needs to get a lawyer and write out and have notarized a statement today or tomorrow -- have him get the statement dated, witnessed, and notarized claiming that the claims are false, they did not happen, and that he needs to be allowed full due process, with burden of proof on the accusers. And he needs to keep all of his receipts even outside of work, so if they say it happened on such a date and time, he has the receipt to show he was not there at that date and time. it would help to have him get a security camera for his office to prove he was at his desk so when the women make their accusations he has proof of where he was. But he needs that statement before it is required and witnesses lined up such as yourself. YOU need to write a statement claiming you overheard the women plotting, get that statement witnessed and notarized by a notary public so that there is a stamp and an date as of today, so when the women make their move in a couple weeks you have a document showing your witness. Also if you can, use the voice recorder function on your cell phone, get the women in conversation, and record them affirming the plot. Make 4 copies of this recording and put each recording on its own USB save drive, and put one in an envelope with the notarized witness to the plot, one to your supervisor's lawyer, one for the ladies' lawyer, and keep the original and make two copies of that so that if your phone or any of the copies is lost or destroyed, you have one safe. Good luck but keep being proactive. But your supervisor needs to know so he can protect himself from false accusations. but get the recording of the women and their plot and your witness to the plot plans statement notarized right away.

Alright I know it’s against the law for a mailman to deliberately withhold mail. Here’s the problem tho, I park on the street, same as my brother. And when either of us park “in front of the mail box” the mailman doesn’t deliver mail!! My dad says if he can’t reach the mailbox from his car, he’s going to withhold it. Which is bullsh*t because all he has to do is get out of the car and walk 10 inches and he can then place he mail in the mailbox. It’s just like my car prevents him easily pulling up to the mailbox so he doesn’t have to get out. But there’s times I can not not park “in front” of the mailbox. Like on trash day, the trash cans take up part of my parking space on the side of the road. Can this mailman get in trouble or is he in the right because he somehow doesn’t have to get out of his mail truck??
