Nude Pictures and Photography Law Question?
Ok so I'm watching tv and I wondered if this happens in real life what would happen? So the wife is a professional photographer, during her marriage she took nude photos of her husband for inspiration. There was no talk about her selling them or anything, she just wanted him to pose to test out her camera and stuff. So they divorced and the husband is walking down the street and sees that she's holding a photography exhibit and his nudes are going to be featured in it. Would he have any say as to wanting those photos to get taken down or not? He consented to them but I don't think he planned on them being broadcasted at an art exhibit where anyone can view them. I know photography laws are really f**ked up in my opinion where photographers have more rights than their subjects so could the husband get them taken down or not?

Favourite answer:They do it all the time. In the old days, they may shoot slides, ad many of them end up in the waste basket. No reason keeping bad photos.

Why does a fashion photographer want to meet me?
The thing is I'm just an ordinary guy, a civilian. I was last night spooked by a guy, Murphy claiming to be a fashion photographer. He said that he did a photoshoot with my former friend, Diana, a model who I had ended friendship with because I thought I was too ugly to be around her.
Murphy said that he has been following me for quite a long time and selected Diana for photoshoot on purpose to reach out to me. And he has invited me to his studio.
It is weird that Diana didn't delete my number even after getting into modelling business, plus her photographer wants to meet me. I tried telling him that I'm not a model and just a civilian, but he says he has a personal reason for calling me and would reveal the same when I reach his studio.
I tried calling Diana as well, but she only confirmed that she did a shoot for him. But hinted nothing about why he is inviting me.
What is wrong with Murphy? Why he could be looking out for me?

Looking at different wedding photographers and found one who says she starts at $4,000& most popular package is about $8,500 is that normal ?
This is a local wedding photographer she will travel but I think she charges for accommodations. Also this person does not work with anybody else by herself might travel to multiple locations not sure how many hours are included but I do know that if you want multiple pictures there is no photo release and you have to pay around $25 per picture You are not allowed to post them on social media without paying for them You don't get your photos on a thumb drive or anything and you only get the number of pictures you are allotted. Also this person does not have any photography equipment other than a few cameras no lighting no props nothing like that. If props are needed the people requesting the photo shoot or the wedding need to provide that.
