  • My friend Manuel said a real man never goes to get his hair cut, he does it himself. Is that true?

Best answer: No. Barbers would be out of business if people could cut their own hair and make it look good. Manuel has a comic wit about him.

  • Is it normal for a girl to grow armpit hair?

I mean, I do shave it of course. I'm just asking if it's normal for a girl to even have them in the first place. I thought armpit hair was something only boys grow, not girls. And is there something to permanently stop it from growing? (So you don't have to shave every week)

But you can eat certain foods to help maintain what you already have. Things like spinach, salmon, citrus fruits, Greek yogurt, eggs, avocados, oatmeal, and oysters. You want foods rich with iron, calcium, zinc, vitamin C, the various forms of vitamin B, omega-3 fatty acids, biotin, and lean protein. Also, the oils in nuts like walnuts and cashews aid the production of elastin, which helps hair from becoming brittle.

Some foods to avoid are non-whole grain starches, diet drinks containing aspartame, and sugary foods. Cut down on alcohol because it hinders absorption of zinc, which is necessary for healthy hair and skin. Avoid fish like mackerel, tuna, and swordfish because the mercury content is bad for hair (among other things).

Healthy hair doesn't come from a bottle, can or box.

The hair that you see now is dead.

There are more hair oil on the shelf now, than 30-40 years ago, and it's because it is a billion dollar business! There are more hair loss now, too, than 30-40 years ago!

There are many hair oil brand out there, man-made oil, none is better than the other. It can very well even harm your hair, even causes hair loss.
Murumuru, Argan, coconut, grape seed, pomegranate seed, tea tree, shea butter, Amla, Gooseberry, avocado, flax seed, lavender, macadamia, peanut, olive, jojoba, hemp, almond, castor, canola, maracuja, Moroccan, clove, truffle, rosemary oil, agave, and thousands of different brand of oil. It’s like there’s one new brand pops up a day!

It does NOT make hair grow, it does not make hair thicker, it does help keep the hair moisturized, until you wash them again, that's about all it does, they're not glue to fix split ends, prevent, or reverse the damaged hair. Anything else they say on the label, it is to attract your attention

"You find people oiling hair every single day, the hair sweats and it doesn’t get washed. What do you think happens? It goes limp and becomes thin because it is not breathing,” Shamillah Mohammed, a hairstylist at SUQA, says.

On page 83, a book called 'Me, My Hair & I' edited by Elizabeth Benedict, she wrote: "I knew my hair is thinning . . ." then she mentioned she had been using amla hair oil.

    SOLUTION:
Washing less often, builds the natural oil your hair needs, to get them smoother, shinier, silkier, softer. Man-made products are just temporary, until you wash them again, and at the same time washing off the natural oil your hair NEEDS. Hair products just absorb on your hair if they're dry, like a sponge.

  • How can you tell if your hair-dresser is in love with you?

Whenever I visit my hairdresser, she is very friendly and always gives me a smile. Sometimes when she is using the clippers, she gets very, very close to me. I've also noticed that whenever I leave, I think about her for at least a few days. Is she in love with me?

You do not have to be an unthinking fashion slave. Leave that to the insecure idiots.
Natural body shapes, with lumps and bumps and hair in all kinds of places, should NEVER be allowed to become taboo. It is how we are made. It is 100% natural and normal.
Please do not be ashamed to be the man you are.
